If an article is defective or not in conformity, the purchaser has 15 working days, as from the reception of the articles, to ask for an exchange or a refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.
THE REQUEST MUST BE MADE BY MAIL
The customer must send back the new or not consumed articles in their entirety and in their original packing, intact, accompanied by all the possible accessories, instructions for use and documentations (in its packing cellophane of origin imperatively and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact.pride.shop-lgbtqia@gmail.com (description and photos attached).
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, boutique-lgbtqia.com is required to refund the sums paid by the customer, without charge, except for the cost of return. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the package (s) returned.
The return shipping costs remain at your charge.
In case of refund, we guarantee that it is made within 14 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.
