The day begins at 9 AM with a friendly coffee welcome—your chance to collect your Queyras Pride pass and meet fellow participants. Then, strap on your gear and explore the scenic Molines – Saint-Véran ski area with a guided session led by local favorite Nico. Whether you’re carving fresh tracks or taking it slow, this is the perfect opportunity to mix snow fun with local flavor and camaraderie.
Midday Break: Cozy Eats & Mountain Views
As midday approaches, take a break and savor a delicious lunch at one of the mountain’s beloved eateries. Enjoy rustic alpine dishes at the slope-side Chalet des Amoureux, or venture into town to l’Équipe or l’Ours Blanc for warm hospitality and hearty cuisine—ideal for recharging before the colorful festivities ahead.
The Pride Descent: Snow, Sparkle & Solidarity
At 3 PM, prepare for the centerpiece of the day: the dazzling Pride Descent. Led by fabulous drag hosts Cookie Cunty and Vespi, this rainbow-filled downhill parade kicks off from the Chalet des Amoureux. Skiers, snowboarders, and télémark fans are all invited to glide down the pristine slopes at over 2,000 meters, spreading visibility and joy on snow. Non-skiers can join too, thanks to a free shuttle service and a guided snowshoe trek that ensure no one misses the celebration.
Après-Ski Magic: Drag Glam, Laughs & Dance Beats
As the sun sets, the après-ski party ignites under a cozy open-air marquee. Keep your jacket on—the atmosphere might be icy, but the energy is on fire! The spotlight returns to Cookie Cunty and Vespi with spectacular drag performances, followed by stand-up comedy from the hilarious Mamari, plus laughs from Lolla Wesh and Maxime Cuny. Afterward, treat your taste buds to a Mountain Spirits Tasting presented by the acclaimed Saint Véran Distillery, held at a stunning altitude of 2,800 meters—a perfect way to toast a weekend of pride, snow, and togetherness.
